As a broker, we act as an intermediary between you and the financial institutions providing your loans. We collect the necessary information and paperwork that lenders need to source a loan that suits your needs and help you through the approval process. Clare’s career in Financial Services began in 1994.  Since then she has gained experience in many areas of finance including: Banking, Estate Agents, Management, Underwriting, Mortgage Advice and Financial Advice.

Clare is a fully qualified Financial Advisor with the Chartered Insurance Institute and has an honours degree in Business and Management. Clare started this business in 2010, with the vision of coupling her experience in the Financial Services industry with excellent customer service.

Clare has always had a strong focus on customer service; believing in the importance of taking the time with the customer to explain the process involved and advising them through each step to achieve their goal. Clare has chosen to specialise in lending and has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in her career to make her one of the best advisors in the industry.

Gerard Murray

Gerard joined Mortgage Solutions in 2014 as an experienced Senior Insurance Advisor, bringing his expertise and years of experience to the Insurance profession. Gerard is a fully qualified Insurance Advisor through The Chartered Insurance Institute and has over fifteen years’ experience working in the Financial Services Industry.

In his career he has held the position of; Senior Sales Advisor, Team Manager and gained experience in Training and Development. As well as an Insurance Advisor, he works as an intermediary, assisting customers with their Insurance claims, making sure they are handled promptly and to the customers satisfaction with minimum stress. Gerard believes customer service is an integral part of his role, in taking the time to identify customer needs and tailoring Insurance policies that are best suited for our customers.

Tracey Relph

Tracey joined the team in 2016 following 20 years in Customer Service and Front of House Retail Management gaining an NVQ 3 in Business and Management. Following a successful career, she undertook a career change and qualified as a Mortgage Consultant with the Institute of Financial Services in 2014.

She has worked full time as a Mortgage Advisor for four years and gained a comprehensive working knowledge of the Industry. She prides herself on providing excellent customer service and has built a reputation as being one of the best advisors in the industry.

Julie Meredith

Julie joined the team in 2015 following ten years in retail banking. Throughout her career she has been involved in many areas of the industry, with experience in mortgages, collateral, life insurance, investment & financial planning.

With a strong background in the financial services industry, Julie carries out the role of compliance manager and Marketing strategist to the highest level. She prides herself on excellent customer service and aims to become a fully qualified advisor soon.

I am a fully qualified compliance officer and have worked in the industry for over 10 years.  I started my career as a customer service advisor in the banking sector and worked my way up to management level before the age of 30.

I take great pride in my work; providing quality, professional customer service is a key focus alongside making sure all compliance and AML procedures are met accordingly.

My job satisfaction comes from excellent customer service and as a team we work hard for our clients to ensure they have the best possible experience.

I am currently in the process of becoming a fully qualified mortgage advisor, so studying takes up a lot of my time currently. I also love spending time with my two sons and enjoy socialising.
